    \u201cActually talk with your customers and ask them about their shopping plans and what they want to see from you,\u201d says Mark.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u201cBy getting inside customers\u2019 heads \u2014 and hearts \u2014 retailers can gain necessary insights about what will make them happy, and then act on it.\u201d<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 2. Adopt new shopping channels<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

    Merchants are now operating in the Hyper-scalable Era, where their success hinges on the ability to <\/span>rapidly<\/span><\/i> curate new services and deploy better online shopping experiences. A key part of this is being aware of and able to adopt the latest shopping channels.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u201cOur <\/span>research<\/span><\/a> shows that this year 25% of shoppers in the UK plan to spend most of their budget on non-traditional channels, such as TikTok, WhatsApp, Pinterest and live streaming,\u201d Mark added.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u201cWith the right tech on their side, retailers can use the holiday season to release cash locked up in slow-moving products,\u201d says Mark.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
